For 15 days beginning Sunday, May 15, 2016 and ending Sunday, May 29th, 2016
we will be offering one auction item per day for your bidding pleasure.
Bidding for each item will begin at noon each day and will last for 24 hours, closing at noon the following day.
Please read the following rules carefully!
BIDDING
1. Each item will be offered with a minimum bid. Subsequent bids must be placed in $5.00 increments and each bid must be in whole dollars.
2. Email your bid to secondvicepresident@cascadebands.com
3. As bids are received they will be posted on the items page. Bids will be placed in order based on the time and date of each email bid received.
4. The winning bidder will be notified via email of their winning bid immediately at the close of bidding for that item.
5. Items not receiving a minimum bid at time of item closing and which do not contain an alcoholic beverage will be offered at the silent auction during the June 1st Band Banquet.
ITEM PAYMENT AND PICK UP
1. Winning bidders can purchase and pick up their auction items at the Spring Band Banquet on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. Payments accepted include cash, credit card, or personal check.
2. Winning bidders who wish to receive their item prior to the band banquet can email secondvicepresident@cacadebands.com to make payment and item pick up arrangements.
